Pecan Pie

This is my father in law’s favorite!  You can make these pies in one large crust or in mini pie crust, which is my favorite.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.

Filling:
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup butter (melted)
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup pecans
Pie Crust (frozen) - 1 large or 10-12 mini

Instructions:
Beat eggs, sugar, butter (melted), corn syrup, and salt until smooth; then add pecans.  Pour into your pie crust and bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes for one large pie or about 20 minutes for the smaller pies.
