Bacon… The Best Way–Easy Potato Salad Recipe

To the dismay of our children it is VERY rare that we eat bacon, they love it!

I did make some to go in a potato salad I made for Poppy’s Birthday.

This is also the best way to “season” your Pampered Chef Stoneware.  The Large Bar pan is my favorite piece of (non glazed) stoneware.  You can use it for just about anything.  Cookies, biscuits, pizzas, or even an entire batch of brownies.  One pound of bacon fits perfectly:

Just lay your bacon out and then bake at 400 degrees for around 20-25 minutes.

Easy Potato Salad:

1 bag (not sure how many is in there) of Red Potatoes, boiled whole until tender enough for a fork to go through.  Then slice them into square chunks leaving the skin on.  Crunch up your bacon and add ranch dressing to taste.  This will be a HUGE hit and is super easy and fast!
